NEW ACCOUNT

Budget Dental serves the dental profession across Canada.

ONLY Canadian Licensed dentists, hygienists, denturists or dental labs may open an account .

- All new cccounts must be validated and authorized by Budget Dental and any initial order must be paid in advance by credit card.

- All previous account holders may pay by credit card or can pay within 30 days from invoice date.

- An interest charge of 1.5% per month will be applied on past due accounts.

-All prices are in Canadian Dollars and do not include taxes or freight. These will be added at the time of invoicing.

SHIPPING

-No minimum order required.

-Free Delivery on orders over $250.00 before tax,

with the following exceptions:

1. Orders over 12kg (26Lbs)

2. Order to rural areas.

3. Dangerous goods.

For any of these, an estimate can be provided prior to shipment

For Orders Under $250.00, minimum delivery costs are as follows:

In Ontario $12.00

In Quebec $14.00

All Other Provinces $18.00

RETURNS

-All returns must be authorized by Budget Dental Customer Service.

- All Returns or Exchanges must be within 15 days from invoice date.

- Returns shipped back by collect courier will not be accepted.

- Please call for return authorization.

-All items returned must be properly packed. Damaged or open sealed packages would not be accepted, Items must be returned in their original sealed box.

- Please check orders immediately upon receipt. All damaged or shortage due to transit must be called within 2 days of receipt of goods.

- Please include copy of invoice and explanation of return.

-All special order items cannot be returned or exchanged.

-Handpieces and equipment cannot be returned for credit. These items will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturers as per their warranty policy.

INFORMATION

Budget Dental Supplies Inc.is not one of the "Authorized Distributors" appointed by some manufacturers of the products sold. Some of the products are not purchased directly from the manufacturer and may not warranted by the manufacturers. Budget Dental will respect the original manufacturer's warranty for the item as marked on the original packaging of the item in question.
